If you'll be paying for the session

After you’ve booked the session, I'll email you a link to my online intake form. You’ll need to fill that out before your appointment. Note that it will ask you for your credit card details. That’s so that my accounting system can automatically charge your card after your session. Please be assured that your information is secure. The software system I use is called Halaxy. It uses bank-grade encryption that tokenises your card details. This means that neither I nor anyone at Halaxy has access to your card details.
To claim a Medicare rebate, you’ll need to have a Mental Health Treatment Plan from your GP. I recommend that you have that in place before you book a session with me.
